Hello friends,

We’ve all been watching the response in our families, communities, and workplaces to COVID-19. Our hearts go out to those who have been directly affected. Our board discussed the matter Monday night (3/9/2020), and we recognized that it would be difficult for many to justify attending our fundraising event and imprudent for us to carry on as if there were no risk in doing so. As a result, the board decided to postpone it.

This decision was announced at Tuesday night’s music rehearsal (3/10/2020). We are working on a new date for the event, and our hope is that we’ll be able to confirm one soon. We’re unsure how Governor Inslee’s announcement banning events of more than 250 people through the rest of March will affect our rescheduling and attendance. We are, however, believing for a swift resolution and return to normal. Despite the delay, we continue to trust God. Remember that He is the Author of our lives and work and in Whom we place our faith and hope.
