Kickoff for The Legacy of Sarah Jane
Dear cast and crew,
We want to thank you all for your patience this summer as many details were worked out concerning casting and venue and dates and times for our production of The Legacy of Sarah Jane! There was a lot to do (to say the least!) and David and Tom and Denise, and most especially Michelle (thank you, Michelle!), did a bunch of calling and writing and visiting and re-visiting to get everything together.
But we think everything is in place now…and just in time! Because our kick-off is right around the corner…Saturday Sept. 12th! If you were at the info meeting or auditions, you, hopefully, already had that date on your calendars. But we know some of you couldn’t be at either of those events, or were late additions to the cast and crew, and we apologize if this catches you by surprise. But we hope, nevertheless, that you will be able to attend. And we hope you are as excited as we are to get started!!
As I said, it’s taken awhile to work out all the details, but we now know where the kick-off and all the rehearsals will be happening. We tried our best to get all the rehearsals in the same venue, but that just didn’t work out. Too many conflicting schedules in the different venues.
So, while we will still be performing at the Wagner Performing Arts Center in Monroe, rehearsals will be at three different locales… Woodinville Alliance Church in Woodinville; Gold Creek Church in Mill Creek; and the Wagner Performing Arts Center in Monroe. And we are extremely grateful to each of those venues for opening their doors to us for rehearsals

Please make every effort to attend the Kickoff! It’s a very important event where much information will be shared, much fellowship will be had, and the script and music will be read and sung for the first time!! You won’t want to miss it!

PS Just a reminder that rehearsals start the week after kickoff, and you will hear more about that at the kickoff.
PPS The show has been cast (see details on the Cast for The Legacy of Sarah Jane 2026 page on the website) but at the moment we’ve got a town full of girls. We’re looking to add one or two more boys approx. ages 9-13 to the Kids/Teens Ensemble, so if you know of someone who might be interested, please let us know.
